Hv been listening to the Famous Biz Coach Michael Gerber, the author of the NY Best Seller ie The E-Myths lately.

In his tape, he asked many striking questions abt biz development that kinda give FatCat some pointers on how to growth FatCat's biz to the nxt level particularly in the global arena. 

To start off, FatCat is going to share a few turnkey questions here. It's essential and important to know b4 we start off any biz...

1) What's ur biz going to look like when it's finally done?

2) What's the purpose to own a biz?

3) Are you working "on" or "in"  your biz?

Q3 may need to illustrate a bit. How do you know that you are working on or in a biz???

Well, easy. Juz call up your "Biz" and tell it, "Hello Biz, i'm going off for vacation for the nxt 3mths, pls take care of yourself!".

If your "Biz" answer is," fine, hv fun and remember to bring back sourvenir" then you are working "on" your biz.

if your "Biz" answer is, "but but but but but....." then you are working "in" your biz. 

Now, you tell me, why asking these 3 questions is important???
